Blue Spruce not well #205497

Attached are pictures from a Blue Spruce that is not thriving. It is form a neighborhood of about 30 trees and most are suffering. Some branches are fine but others have very little growth with needles dying off toward the trunk. It also has big white, puff like, webs. Can you tell me what is causing all these do look so bad? Is there a treatment for it? We would hate to lose these trees. Thank You.

Hi, I show horses at the Auglaize County Fair and I am using a twisted dogbone bit that is broken on each side of the dogbone. I wanted to know if this was a legal bit or if I have to switch to something else for fair. The bit is called a  reinsman jr cow horse twisted wire. I have a picture of it attached.

I need to know if there is a way to detect the sound that is used by neighbors across the road to scare my senior horses.  This has been ongoing by one form or another.  Local authorities are of no help.  The guilty are friends with an elected official.  Can  you help me?  My Liberty is now 33 years old and is becoming feeble due to the constant fear of simply grazing in her pasture.  The rescue mare in my care is 22 years old and she too is hesitant now to enter pasture unless I am present. This cruelty has been ongoing for several years.

We have horses and are moving to a property that has black walnut trees in what will be the pastures. I know that shavings from walnut trees are toxic to horses, so what do I do with the trees in our soon to be pastures? There's close to 20 trees varying in maturity. Do we cut them all down, if so what's the best way to prevent horses from chewing on the stumps? Total stump removal is not an option at this time and neither is fencing off the trees. Please help! Thanks!
