This looks like a one of our invasive chokecherry trees, the Canada red chokecherry, Prunus virginiana. There are some non-invasive ornamentals that can look similar. For those the berries are usually just a little bit bigger and better tasting. I rarely see those around, so this is most likely the invasive chokecherry.
