Prunicola scale on laurel shrubs #946604

Hello, I have a series of laurel shrubs planted along a stone house wall. They seem to have a rather serious prunicola issue. I’ve sprayed them twice in the month of September with Bonide Systemic insecticide. Is there anything else I should be looking at beyond or in place of that? Thanks
