Hello
Our HOA applied a granular fertilizer, then mowed & bagged in under 24 hours. They stated it is special fertilizer that crystalizes within a few hours and is not affected by mowing and bagging. Is there such a thing?

I cannot find anything that recommends mowing right after fertilization. The most important thing to do is follow the information on the label of the fertilizer product. You should stay off your lawn for 2-4 hours after liquid fertilizer, or 24-48 hours after watering in granular fertilizer. It is better to mow first and fertilize second. Mowing after fertilizing wastes fertilizer. You can ask your HOA to find out what product they used.
