Last year at the end of october i bought a bag of grape hyacinth (on sale to get rid of them). Too late to plant them outdoors so i stuck them in the fridge to plant in spring. But come spring i forgot about them. But now i remember and they are still in fridge. Should i plant them now or keep them in the fridge til spring?)

You have nothing to loose by planting them. They are small bulbs and can dry out quickly. Ethylene a gas given off by fruit can ruin the flower buds so more time in the frig won’t help. If they are still viable they need to grow roots in the fall to emerge in the spring.
