Yes, I can provide with assistance to some degree. But I am unable to provide you with a landscape design and that would be a good first step. Sit down with a designer to discuss what you want, what you don't want, and how you plan to use the space. You may also want to include an irrigation design/plan.
The Xeriscape Incentive Program through the City of Fort Collins has designers they work with on such projects - winter is a good time to think things through with a plan to implement next spring.
