Spray grape vine and others #941947

I have a beautiful hedge of red rosier dogwood that is getting g taken over bye grape vine and other vining plants(kinda looks like cucumber) Is there anything I can spray on grape vine that kills grapevine but not harm red dogwood.?

No, anything toxic that is sprayed on the leaves of the grapevice will be toxic to the dogwood. 
In order to comment on how to eradicate the 'grapevine,' I need a good close up of a cluster of about 4 leaves.

Stump treatment works. Cut the vine to all the places where it roots to the ground and immediately use a small paint brush to apply the herbicide. https://extension.psu.edu/wild-grape
Even so, this will take several seasons to get control.
