Finding free or low budget landscaping for low income individuals in Eugene is a challenge. Check with some local landscapers, some offer reduced rates for seniors (ex. Nature's Edge). The Oregon Fire Marshall will do brush removal if there is a fire hazard. You can post something on NextDoor, Facebook, r/Eugene, or other online forums seeking help, or ask around your neighborhood to see if there are any teenagers looking for a little summer work.
