Identify plant, please #940466

Hi. Can you help me identify this plant, please? I would like to include it in my garden if it is a native to Minnesota (or a nearby region). I found it in our school garden, growing in full sun, fairly dry soil. It is at the end of its blooming time, I believe. You can see that it has tiny blue flowers. The flowers remind me of those on the Azure Sage, but much smaller. The plant also has a pleasant scent.

Your plant may be taller, or more stringy with smaller blooms because of the soil and water conditions in which it has grown.

I believe the plant has several different names. Yes, it can be native to southern MN.
