I have these huge leaves growing with my. coneflower. They have produced no flowers. The leaf texture is rough like coneflower and as you can see in the video the leaves come up directly from the ground - like the non-blooming leaves of coneflower. But the leaves are HUGE, some 10" long and 6" wide. Is this a weed? My SEEK app could not identify it.
