The symptoms pictured look like Early Blight, a very common fungal infection, but you can compare what you're seeing to the information on our Key to Common Problems of Tomatoes page, since it's also possible for more than one type of infection to overlap. (Septoria, for example, is another common fungal disease of tomato foliage. We don't see Septoria on the pictured foliage, but we mention it because it might be elsewhere on the plant.) Management options for tomato diseases are included in each of the linked pages.
