The leaves on my peace lily are dying. I brought the plant to a local nursery on April 29. They diagnosed root rot; They said I was over watering the plant. They repotted the plant with new soil, removed the root rot and said not to water the plant for at least a week and a half. I waited and then began watering the plant. I have been using a water meter. The meter consistently reads very wet even though the leaves are getting drier and drier and dying. I would like to save the plant.
