What type of bug is this and what product can be used to get rid of it? They are around the sink and lower kitchen cabinet and wood planks

Hello
The picture came put too blurry to see details. Can you tell me, does this insect fly? Or just crawl?
If you can, please capture a couple in a small jar, freeze them, then dump them out on a plain, smooth sheet of paper( not paper towel because the texture throws the camera out of focus.)
Take a clear picture and add it to this question. We can magnify a clear picture but a blurry one won’t show us any detail.
