We consulted with an Extension vegetable specialist and she thinks these symptoms resemble Cercospora leaf spot (or possibly another fungal leaf spot), but it's hard to be certain. You don't necessarily need to start over, but for now, monitor the plants for worsening symptoms (heavily-spotted leaves can be removed if the plant has other healthy foliage). Oklahoma State notes that such foliar diseases tend not to be very damaging, but if you opt to use a fungicide as a preventative to treat younger growth that doesn't look infected, follow label directions and make sure the product is labeled for use on edible plants. Active ingredients to look for that may be in suitable sprays include copper and chlorothalonil; some copper-based sprays might be available in organic form if desired.
