To absolutely confirm what is wrong
with your roses, you can submit a specimen to the OSU Plant Pathology lab.
Go to this link and follow the yon hiw to submit your specimen. https://ppdc.osu.edu/
It may be a good idea to submit a specimen to confirm presence of
RRD, because there is no effective treatment and if RRD is confirmed, you will need to carefully discard the plant. Do not compost.
