The insect in your photo is an aphid. Based on the appearance and since it's on your Bosnian pine, it's likely a species of Pine Needle Aphid (Eulanchnus sp.).
Aphids are commonly found on pine trees. They often stand out since they can reproduce in large numbers quickly.
Control is most likely not needed. Monitor the health of your Bosnian pine. Much of the time in a home landscape setting, aphids won't damage the plant enough to have an impact on the overall health of the plant. Aphids also attract a lot of beneficial insects that prey on the aphids. You are likely to see ladybugs and ladybug larvae, lacewings and lacewing larvae, flower-visiting fly larvae, and a variety other beneficial predators.
If you control is needed, the best thing to do is take a hose and use a strong get of water in the plant. The impact of the water will kill a large number of aphids. This may need to be repeated a couple of times.
There are other options for aphid control. Consider the safety of application and choose options that are non-persistent to minimize impacts on the beneficial insects that eat the aphids.
