Hello,
I think it would be best if you could send some good photos of the problem areas so that we could determine what the cause of your boxwood problems might be. The boxwood moth has been a real problem here in Michigan, so make sure to look for caterpillars and signs of caterpillars, such as chewed leaves and frass. Please try to get some close up photos of the leaf symptoms if possible.
