Can I use something like RoundUp on all the spreading quince starts or will that kill the main bush? It is spreading up to 5 feet away from the main plant and I have just been pruning them back for many years but they do not stop growing.

Spraying Round Up on your sprouts is not recommended. It is a systemic herbicide which means the herbicide travels through the plant and will damage your main shrub. Unfortunately there isn't a good product to do this other than cutting out the suckers. Below is more information:
