Need help identifying disease on Spring Snow Crabapple #930081

Spring Snow Crabapple with disease on leaves located in Windsor, CO. Does this appear to be apple scab or another disease?

Hi Matt,

No, this doesn't look like apple scab. Because it's the tips of the leaves, it looks like the unfurling leaves may have been damaged by cold? Frost? 

Fortunately, it's only a few leaves and should not affect the overall health of the tree. The rest of the leaves look very healthy. If it is bothersome, you can prune off the leaves you can reach from a safe distance (avoid being on ladders).
