For the first time ever my tulips do not look right. I did buy from a new supplier but the bulbs looked normal when I planted them.

My tulips did a similar thing this year. While I might not be able to offer a firm diagnosis, give me more information and we can do a reasonable job of troubleshooting the problem(s).
Tell me everything you can about how and where you grow them. And planting style. Like, do you keep them year-to-year? Replant as annuals? Plant in same area? How deep? How close together? For how many years, or how often? What is the soil like, how is the drainage? Summer irrigation?
