glossy buckthorn #929122

pretty sure it is glossy buckthorn. spreading like crazy. don't know what to do. had it bushwhacked twice but seems to be spreading. don't really want to use poison becuase of well and wildlife but may have to. please, I need some help with this. thank you so much. I don't have any images
