These are the freshly-hatched nymphs of Spotted Lanternfly. Although the MDA does already know they are present in Calvert County, you can still submit a report online to help them track the developmental stages of this insect. Lanternfly can hop around pretty readily, but if you can squish any of them, including any unhatched egg clusters (the objects next to them that look like they're plastered in cracked clay), that can help the grapes avoid feeding damage later in the season.
