Can you identify this snake #928710

Saw this snake yesterday in a foundation bed and would like it identified.

We can't see enough key/identifying features (like patterns on its head and jaw), but can say that it does NOT look like a Copperhead, the only venomous species (that isn't a rattlesnake) in Maryland. Our best guess given its size, body shape, and widespread abundance is a Northern Watersnake. You might be able to narrow it down using the resources linked below:
