Native flower garden #928596

Dear Extension Master Gardener, I would like to make native flower garden. The flowers I am considering include Gaillardia Aristata and fleabanes (Erigeron spp.), such as Philadelphia fleabane, annual fleabane, and prairie fleabane. Would you tell me where I should get/buy seeds? Do Library Seeds at libraries typically have these seeds? Would you also give me advice on other fast growing flowers that can come back following years? Thank you very much in advance for your advice. Yours sincerely, Misato
