My lime index indicates a 69. What is the 69 a measure of and how do I use that information to apply lime to my lawn?

Short answer: You do not need to apply any lime.
Long answer: The 69 is not actually a measure of anything. It is an index value that is assigned based on your soil properties. That index value is then used in our calculations that determine how much lime to apply. We do all those calculations for you and indicate how much lime to apply when lime is required. In your case, you do not need to apply any lime, which is why we did not include instructions on how much lime to apply alongside the fertilizer recommendations.
