My established marionberry vines have many areas where the new leaves are turning brown and look diseased. Please help me diagnose and take corrective actions.

Your marionberry leaves may have a bacterial or fungal issue, but the new leaves appear unaffected. Clip off and dispose of these old ones, then watch for any continuing issues. Here is an article about winter care of caneberries.
