Are you able to tell me kind of tree is in this picture?

No, we can't determine what species of tree that is without much more visible detail (leaf shape, flowers if/when they appear, old seed pods or berries, etc.). A very, very rough guess is that it might be a crabapple, although they are about to flower and the tree pictured doesn't look like it has any flower buds on it. Flowering cherries are almost done flowering (they largely bloom before their leaves are expanded). It doesn't have the growth habit of a dogwood, fringetree, magnolia, or redbud, all of which are commonly-grown small trees, but we can't rule much out from this distance.
