We have a pine tree with white dots on many of the needles - see attached. We live in Dayton, MN 55327 and would like to retain an arborist to help us treat this issue. My thoughts are this looks like scale, but I am not positive.
Could you please provide us with a list of potential companies in our area that provide this service.
