Hello,
I'm enrolled in the Foundations of Gardening Course. They mentioned a soil test kit that's available for purchase for $26 which includes shipping. However, when I attempted to order a kit, there was a $7+ shipping fee.
I'm confused.

Yes, it is a little confusing! The $26 includes shipping of the sample to the lab in the included business reply envelope. The $7 is the shipping fee to send the soil test mailer to you if you order it online. You can pick up a soil test mailer at your local Extension office to avoid the $7 shipping fee. If you decide to go that route, please contact the office first to be sure they have the soil test mailer in stock and to confirm hours.
