We have a 600 acre farm in Clare with a small hobby orchard on the property. It's about 16 trees. I'm attempting to restore and preserve the varieties as many of them are incredibly old and nearing end of life.
Are you aware of anyone in the area that could help spray these trees?
If so I'd really appreciate a recommendation!

We do not maintain a list of professional services that do sprays. Many landscaping companies won't work with fruit trees, but that may be your best option.
