Hi Jeanette,
Unfortunately, CSU Extension doesn't do design work because we have really talented students at CSU and also in the industry. You can request to have a student develop a design for the space by filling out this request form: https://agsci.colostate.edu/hortla/community-services/ (scroll down for the form). There is a nominal fee for the service, which supports student travel and outreach.
Please note that it's spring break and the staff are likely traveling.
If you prefer to use a business, the City of Fort Collins has a list of companies/individuals that do this work: https://www.fortcollins.gov/Services/Utilities/Programs-and-Rebates/Water-Programs/Water-Wise-Resources
