You may submit samples to MSU Plant and Pest Dignoatic lb.
The instructions, sample form, and fee schedule is on their website.
Note that you should also send pictures of the overall hedge, close ups of the problem areas.
Please do not mail samples on days when they are likely to arrive and wait for days for the lab to re-open, such as end of the week or on Holidays.
The lab is likely to need more than one small sample, please read their instructions, or call them during business hours if you have questions about sampling.
