Thank you for contacting the UNH Extension Yard & Garden Infoline. My name is Debi Green. I am a Master Gardener volunteer and I am happy to answer your question.
There are not many annuals that are native to our area. The best resource to look for natives of any type of plant is The Native Plant Trust. https://plantfinder.nativeplanttrust.org/index.cfm
They have a "plant finder" page where you select the criteria you're looking for and your Eco-region and will show you the plants that are a perfect fit. I went on there and searched annuals for our region and it only gave me two results: Nuttallanthus canadensis
oldfield-toadflax and Oenothera biennis
common evening-primrose.
I wish there was more to offer you but apparently those are the only two.
