Soybean growers in Oregon #925473

Dear OSU Extension,
I’m hoping you might be able to point me in the right direction.
I am looking for Oregon growers producing organic and/or biodynamic soybeans, specifically the Enrei and Vinton varieties, which are commonly used for tofu production.
If there are growers, research trials, or seed suppliers in Oregon working with these varieties (or similar food-grade tofu soybeans), I would greatly appreciate any contacts or resources you might be able to share.
Thank you for your time and assistance.
Best regards,
Sean Coyne
