Is the Cottage Food Safety Training, a 3-year certificate, the correct documentation one needs to sell baked goods in a restaurant? There is a restaurant / small grocery store in my town in which the owner said anybody who wants their baked goods sold there needs a 3-year certificate. I believe the Cottage Food Safety Training certificate is the correct one, but I want to make very sure. Thank you.
