We don't have a print version of this available, but we do have the PDF version for free.
This is the most recent version, from 2022.

I don't know of any print copies in existence, unfortunately.
It's not optimal, but if you really wanted one, you could download it to a flash drive, then take it to a print store (Staples, UPS Store, FedEx, Kinkos, Office Depot) and have them print it for you. It won't be cheap - probably about $0.30 per double-sided page, and 243 pages (single sided), so a little less than the $40 it costs for the 2018 edition. Still cheaper than replacing your own printer's ink cartridge, I would guess.
Part of what made us stop printing hard copies of publications such as this is that the science changes so quickly. If you look at the image on the site, that's the cover from the 2018 version, and we already made changes. Our standard we try to adhere to is reviewing at least every five years and making sure the science still matches with what was best practices at the time. If we have print versions, then we can't update them, and any we don't sell go into the landfill.

That's great! I wonder if they have some left over from before we stopped printing them. I'm glad you found a solution!
