Hello Taylor,
MSU Extension can't endorse or recommend nurseries in metro Detroit or the Lansing area for sourcing Honeycrisp and compatible pollinator varieties such as Gala, Fuji, or other mid‑season bloomers. Michigan State University (MSU) does, however, provide excellent extension guidance on apple varieties and pollination.
Below are nurseries I found online: (Not endorsed or recommended)

Pollination Guidance (MSU Extension–based)
MSU Extension (.edu) provides clear guidance on apple pollination compatibility. Honeycrisp requires a mid‑season blooming partner. Suitable options include:
Gala
Fuji
Empire
McIntosh
Cortland
Jonathan
These bloom in overlapping windows with Honeycrisp, ensuring strong fruit set.
