Thank you for your question, Nick. I assume that you are referring to vegetable gardening. If so, the following OSU publication has planting dates, etc. for the entire state: https://extension.oregonstate.edu/catalog/em-9027-growing-your-own
Just go to “Dates For Planting”, and, under the “Region 3” column, find the species you want to grow. Note that some vegetables can be started inside and transplanted into the garden, and others should be “direct planted” as seeds outside. Good luck!
