Could I just pull and pull wherever I identify them? Is there anything preventing me from guerilla weeding anywhere I see these plants

It may be illegal to remove plants from property that is not your own, even if they are weeds; we don't have legal training, but your county Extension office might know more about local regulations. However, there are training programs like Weed Warriors that not only teach invasive plant identification but which also may give program graduates the ability to then legally remove weeds from some settings, like public parks. Check with the program to be certain, though. Proper plant ID is very important, since in some cases, native (or non-invasive) species might look very similar to invasive species. For example, there is a bamboo species native in Maryland, though to be fair, it's rare enough that most you encounter growing on their own are probably the non-native species. In another example, Tree-of-Heaven is sometimes confused with Sumac and Black Walnut.
