The “ Split Request “ form for separating pa116 agreement states that “Rental income is not included”. I purchased a 90 acre tract that was enrolled in pa116. I do not farm myself but the land has always been farmed, and currently I have a neighbor farmer farming it. I would like to split the property and can easily meet the 51% and $200 an acre clause. But I’m don’t understand what rental income is not included means?? Does this mean since I am not a farmer I cannot split my agreement?? I cannot find any knowledgeable help locally. Thanx

You can rent the farm land but cant tent a house to a non farm involved resident.
