We call them the "Circle Things" because of their appearance to the naked eye. Viewed through weak magnifier they look quite different so I took a snapshot with my phone set to Macro. These things are everywhere I'm my home. In and on every thing: body, clothes, beds,countertops, fridge,all types of surface materials metal, fabric, wood, skin. What are they and what must I do!!! I've never seen this before and have tried many ways to be rid of them to no avail. Corona discharge Ozone machines, H2O2( in different grades and concentrations), Boric acid powder, diatomaceous earth, permethrin, we need some education here, please? Additionally, I observed that their orientation is strangely uniform
They all face the same direction, no random orientation. The photos are of these things on my backpack

I can't see enough detail in your photos to be able to tell what those things are.
Do they move at all while you are observing them?
If you are interested in an identification, you could brush/knock some into a container with a small amount of 70% alcohol and send that to us at the OSU Plant Clinic.
