What is the Presidents Day holiday on (observed) Dec 24, 2025 #922715

I am on your website and noticed your office is closed on Dec 24, 2025 for Presidents holiday observed. I thought "Presidents' Day is a federal holiday observed annually on the third Monday of February to honor all U.S. presidents, particularly George Washington and Abraham Lincoln, whose birthdays are in February." Please clarify. Thank you.

Thank you for your question regarding the observance of Presidents Day by Ohio State University.  

Ohio State University “floats” the benefit observance and pay for two holidays: Columbus Day and President’s Day. This year, the scheduled dates are 11/28 and 12/24 respectively.
