Expert Response

Buying beneficial insects for the purpose of controlling pests of house plant is challenging. One reason is that the released insects must be attracted to the plant and any pest on it. It is hard to keep the released insect on your plants. There likely will be something that will not meet the requirements of that beneficial and they will leave.

Example if the lace wings eggs were breed in an environment very different from your house/yard upon hatching they leave.

I have listed some sites that would be good to look at. If you have questions let me know
