yogurt did not set #922226

My latest batch of homemade yogurt is quite liquidy. Can I add more starter and try to culture it again?

Hi Diane,

no, unfortunately this is unlikely to be a situation where trying again with the same batch will work. The heating of the fats and milk solids have likely changed them enough that they wonʼt have good results. 

If you like the flavor, Iʼd recommend using the yogurt in thinner products, like smoothies, or call for milk, like baked goods.

And then try again!
