Hi Giovanna,
Thank you for contacting us at the UNH Extension Yard & Garden Infoline,
I am not sure if you're trying to test the soil in a hay field or the hay itself. If it is the latter, UNH Extension does not have a service to offer testing for hay.
I've connected with one of my coworkers who is a Dairy, Livestock & Forage Crops Field Specialist. They would like to share the following: This would be a referral to a commercial lab. There are several out there, but I often recommend either Dairy One (for cattle and other livestock) or Equi-Analytical (for horses). I believe they’re both the same lab, but Equi-Analytical provides results that are more geared to horse owners.

We cannot endorse one product or company, however, you have a few options there. If you have more questions and if you're a commercial client, please contact Carl Majewski directly for further support and questions. UNH Extension field specialists focus on supporting commercial clients while the Y&G Infoline is geared towards supporting home gardeners with residential needs.
One service that UNH Extension can provide is to test the soil in a client's hay field, but not the hay itself: https://scholars.unh.edu/cgi/viewcontent.cgi?article=2785&context=extension&preview_mode=1&…
Best of luck and I hope you have a wonderful rest of your week!
