What is the most significant challenge you face in your job. 5. What advice would you give to a high school senior interested in pursuing a career in conservation science. 6. Expert Response

Hi Jaxon, I am a horticulturalist who works with farmers. While some of the work I do focuses on soil conservation, I do not consider myself a conservation scientist. I suggest you reach out to one of my colleagues in the Department of Fisheries, Wildlife, and Conservation Sciences: https://fwcs.oregonstate.edu/ (for a list of faculty: https://fwcs.oregonstate.edu/fisheries-and-wildlife/directory/faculty).
