It does not appear that OSU has a specific list of deer resistant plants for the west side of the Cascades. However, if you look closely at the list in the publication, "Deer-resistant plants for Central Oregon", you will find that most of the plants do indeed grow very well this side of the Cascades. Outwitting deer is a continual challenge.
