Hello,
My Dad reached out to me and said that he has bees under his deck that he would ideally like to be relocated instead of exterminated. Is there someone local to Newark or someone who is willing to travel to Newark DE to relocate them?

If you are sure they are honey bees, you could reach out to the Delaware Beekeepers Association. They have several beekeepers who may come out for swarm removal:

If you are unsure if they are honey bees, the best option would be to contact a pest control company to come out and assess what they are and determine best mitigation practices.
