Your jasmine leaves seem to have a scorch. This may get be disease, or most likely environmental. They can be damaged by strong sun and/or high heat. The Oregon plants page here mentions growing in partial shade or sun.
To help me make a good recommendation for your plant, tell me more about where you grow it and how you care for it. In a pot? Occasional or regular deep watering? Everything you can think of. Then also provide a photo from a distance to show the whole plant and how it relates to your landscape.
