What type of Bamboo is this #909789

I'm wondering if this bamboo is safe to boil and put in your hair, and feed to smaller pets like guinea pigs/rabbits in moderation.

Hi- there are a number of invasive bamboo species growing in Maryland. 

Your bamboo may be yellow groove bamboo or golden bamboo.

We do not have the knowledge or expertise to give guidance on feeding it to pets or using it for human health.
